Having been born into a farming community in the Tuscan town of Lucca in Italy, Chef Antonio embodies a love for food as part of daily joys, and a passion for cooking with fresh quality ingredients.

With an impressive international career of more than 30 years, he has worked in multiple Michelin Star restaurants, as well as in leading positions at prestigious hotels including Waldorf Astoria, Regent, Hyatt, and others.

Having been with CulinaryOn Singapore since its launch in 2015, he has brought joy of cooking to thousands of happy guests!

Having discovered her love for food early in life, Chef Cindy developed her professional skills in Grand Hyatt's award-winning Mezza9 restaurant, working her way up to the title of Sous Chef.

An integral part of CulinaryOn, she is the "dancing Chef" of our events, entertaining the guests and sharing her passion for food with all.

Called affectionately Mama Cindy, she always ensures that our guests leave with happy smiles and full bellies!
